Location. Positioned between the Marina Ixtapa and the Palma Real golf clubs, NH Krystal Ixtapa is 500 meters from Magic World Waterpark in Ixtapa, Mexico. Zihuatanejo is located seven kilometers from this hotel.
Hotel Features. The hotel offers either an All Inclusive plan and a European plan. The hotel hosts six restaurants and bars including Bogart's where international fare is accompanied by nightly pianist performances. The Lobby Bar is known for casino and salsa nights offered from late December through Easter, and mid June through August. The lobby offers two computers with high speed Internet access, and flexible event space can accommodates corporate or social events. An open air fitness area features weight machines and free weights. The resort houses two outdoor pools, one of which is an adults only freeform pool with a swim up bar, and the second pool featuring a children's and toddlers' area. Supervised activities for children ages 4 12 includes breakfasts and lunches.
Guestrooms. This resort offers 256 guestrooms and suites in an 11 story triangular building. Furnished balconies afford ocean views. Guestroom d�cor features marble tile floors, Mexican artwork and colorful bedspreads. Room amenities include minibars, safe deposit boxes and cable television. Private bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations.
Expert Tip. Beach palapas at this resort are complimentary and can be reserved for a fee, for the entire day. Guests can be placed on a waiting list if there are no palapas available. A surcharge applies for the Christmas and New Year's Eve gala dinners.
